I know you care more than I do
I know it's just me for you.
I won't ever forget those
gallons of love you poured into me,
hoard of things you taught me,
million smiles and tears that carried your name.

Tell me how do I destroy this empire,
this empire that we built together?
To whom do I pass these bricks,
that still has your name on it?

How do I turn this place into a graveyard of our love?
this place that saw our magic.
How do I grow flowers on this soil again,
knowing it's your universe buried beneath it?
