Shivers ran down my spine
Reached my legs and made me stop.
Stop you ain't the one
Cause people like you
Are here in tonnes.

You don't deserve the stage
With all the self-loath caged.
Lace your memory with dark
gripping cloak of anxiety,
where every experience is just a blur.

Slowly this feeling started to bubble
At the surface,
Ready to erupt,
Pouring every form of uncertainty
Out my chest.
And I stand there alone with teary eyes
just can't decide. "Calm down, stop worrying , chill out
What's the matter with you?" My mind roams around:
The fact that it's unexplainable,
feeling of this dictation that can't be stopped
How to just block this endless stream of thoughts?
This has rooted deep inside
Recessing all my mental harmony.

No one here's a criminal
But my own brain for
Attacking me with panic,
Consuming my day with
all the insecurities that resides,
Tightening the grip
and fueling the incessant fire
Of self doubt thoughts.
Agitation just divides.

Its time now
Just find some tool to mitigate
And claw your way through it.
There i stood up frozen
My hands entangled with my face too stiff
And drew a smile.

The photo captured it
But not what's inside!
